Free webinar -Â The Power Of Authenticity
At some point in life, most men start to wonder if they’re really being themselves.
Maybe you’ve built a life that looks solid, but parts of it feel disconnected.
Maybe you catch yourself saying or doing things that don’t feel true anymore.
Or maybe you’ve just lost touch with the man you know you could be.
This first session of The Man Alive Series is about that moment; the point where you stop running on autopilot and start asking, Who am I, really?
It’s not about getting it right or tearing your life apart.
It’s about getting honest, reconnecting with your truth, and remembering what it feels like to live from that place.

In this webinar we will explore...
-
Why it’s hard to stay real
How work, family, and pressure to “have it together” can quietly pull you away from who you actually are. -
The masks we wear
The roles and habits we slip into — the nice guy, the provider, the calm one — and how they protect us but also keep us small. -
What authenticity really means
It’s not oversharing or starting again; it’s learning to live in alignment with your truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. -
Simple ways to reconnect
Tools and reflections to help you drop the performance, trust your gut, and show up as yourself again. -
Real stories from men who’ve done it
Hear from past Man Alive participants who’ve faced these same questions and found their way back to something real.

Practical info
This session is part of a free three-part webinar series introducing the A.L.I.V.E. coaching model — the foundation of our Man Alive programme. You’ll get a real sense of what the work involves and what you can expect to gain as a participant.
Each call runs for one hour.
In the first half, we’ll explore one pillar of the A.L.I.V.E. model.
In the second half, you’ll hear from men who’ve already done the work and have space to ask your own questions.
Come ready to be present.
Find a quiet space, bring some water, and keep your phone on silent so you can fully tune in.
